Demand Surges Broke The Supply Chain

Orders piled up, deadlines slipped, and customer satisfaction suffered. Expanding in-house was too slow and expensive, so I reimagined the operating model — building a network of print partners to scale capacity without adding infrastructure.

Demand Side

Customers Compared Prices Across Dozens of Sites

Customers compare prices, turnaround times, and delivery options across a dozen sites — each with different specs and limitations. Inspired by travel booking sites, I simplified the experience to bring customization, pricing, and delivery into one single interface.

Building a Scalable System to Manage, Track, and Complete Orders

Most printers used pen and paper. My solution digitized the workflow and orchestrated logistics through dynamically routed jobs, order management, analytics, and last-mile courier integrations. This interface highlights revenue management for General Managers and production data for Operators.

Increasing Conversion Rates and AOVs With Quick, Simple Quotes

Customers don't want to fill out endless forms — they want a rough estimate fast. I used AI in the discovery-to-quote flow to interpret search intent and cut the quoting process from 21 steps to 3. Instead of confusing dropdowns, customization options are now visual — helping customers instantly see the difference between finishes and add-ons.

Using AI to Fix Common Errors, Cutting Processing Time From Days to Seconds

Preparing a file for print is hard. Customers don't know how to fix common errors like low resolution or adding bleeds. Using AI, the system interprets uploaded files, fixes them, and displays a print preview. What took several days and back-and-forth emails now takes seconds — good for customers, and great for suppliers who no longer run pre-press tasks manually.
